Welcome to PIP! By accessing our website, pipofficial.shop, or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms before making a purchase.

1. General Information

PIP offers custom-made apparel, personalized products, stall banners, event merchandise, awards, and other specialty items.

All products are made to order, and we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, quality craftsmanship, and excellent customer service.

We reserve the right to update our products, pricing, policies, and website content at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including product selections, sizes, colors, personalization, and shipping details, is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, product availability, pricing errors, or other reasonable circumstances. If an order is canceled after payment and before fulfillment, any amount owed will be refunded.

3. Custom & Personalized Products

Many of our products are made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including names, spelling, phone numbers, images, logos, and other requested information.

PIP is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer or errors approved during the proofing process.

Slight variations in colors, print placement, and finished appearance may occur due to differences in materials, printing methods, and screen displays.

4. Design Proofs & Approval

Certain custom products require design approval before production.

When a proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving the design.

Once a proof is approved, it is considered final and production may begin.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or may not be possible once production has started.

Production timelines may be affected by delays in receiving customer information or proof approval.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made to order, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, customer ordering mistakes, approved design errors, or changes of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error caused by PIP, we will review the issue and offer an appropriate refund or replacement.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order number and photographs of the issue.

We generally do not require defective or incorrectly produced items to be returned. When a replacement is issued, we encourage customers to donate the original item whenever appropriate.

6. Product Sizing & Colors

Size charts are provided on applicable product pages to assist customers in selecting the appropriate size.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before ordering.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, fabric, and printing methods. Minor variations are not necessarily considered defects.

7. Production & Shipping

All products are made to order, and production times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, and current workload.

Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is subject to the shipping carrier's services and conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be the customer's responsibility.

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once materials have been ordered, customization has begun, or production is underway, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Any refunds required by applicable law will be honored.

9. Customer-Submitted Artwork & Images

Customers who submit photographs, logos, designs, or other artwork confirm that they own the materials or have permission to use them for the requested products.

By submitting artwork, customers grant PIP permission to use, reproduce, resize, and modify the submitted materials as necessary to fulfill their orders.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for copyrighted images, trademarks, logos, or other protected materials.

We reserve the right to decline orders containing artwork that we reasonably believe infringes upon the rights of others or is otherwise inappropriate or unlawful.

10. Product Availability & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, availability, and pricing are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, discontinue products, or cancel affected orders. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

11. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, product photographs, graphics, designs, logos, and branding belonging to PIP are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content owned by PIP may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Customer-owned artwork and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions, interfere with website operations, submit unlawful content, or use our services in a manner that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict website access when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, and website operations, subject to applicable law.

Our online store operates through Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, and other business functions.

14. Limitation of Liability
