Production & Shipping Times

Because our products are made to order, production time varies depending on the product, customization requirements, and order quantity.

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 4–8 business days.

Please note that shipping times do not include production time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Some personalized products require design proof approval before production can begin.

Please review and approve your proof promptly to avoid delays. Production timelines begin after all required order details and approvals have been received.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

PIP is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges resulting from address errors may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered and their production locations.
